Party Package

Party reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and must be secured by submitting the required reservation contract along with the non-refundable deposit that is included in the party packages at no additional cost. We are unable to accommodate party reservations at the door.

Any cancelations, changes and final party balance must be made at least 14 days prior to the party date. Parties booked less than 14 days prior to the party date will be issued a $50 late booking fee and must be paid by cash or credit card. No checks will be allowed if the party is booked within 14 days of the party. Prices are subject to change.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult while at the Exploration Station. One adult is mandatory for every five children and must be supervised at all times. On the same note, adults must be accompanied and supervised by a child when visiting our facility.

Birthday Party

Celebrate during regular Exploration Station hours while the facility is open to visitors.

$400 Party Package

($100 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee Included in the $400 package price – not an additional charge.)

Your party includes:

• Party during business hours only
• Includes the party room for 2 hours
• Explore the Learning Center for 2 hours
• Up to 25 guests (adults & children)
• 4 tables and 25 chairs provided

Exclusive Birthday Party

Celebrate when Exploration Station is normally closed to the public and enjoy exclusive use of the facility for your party.

$700 Party Package

($200 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee Included in the $700 package price – not an additional charge.)

Your party includes:

• Party during non-business hours
• Includes the party room for 3 hours
• Explore the Learning Center to yourself for 3 hours
• Up to 50 guests (adults & children)
• 6 tables and 50 chairs provided

Add-on Options:

Character Visit

• $60 per Character (up to two)
• Character visit includes 20 minute visit and photo op

Teddy Mountain Stuffed Animal

• $8 per 8-inch animal
• $15 per 16-inch animal
• Birthday child receives a free stuffed animal with minimum purchase of 10

Extra hour – $55 per hour

Additional guest fee – $8 per person
