Chocolate Tour 2026!

The 2026 Chocolate Tour, co-hosted by the Village of Bourbonnais and the Bourbonnais Township Park District with Title Sponsor Sweet Street, was another sweet success for the community. The event welcomed 350 participants who visited 36 local business stops throughout Bourbonnais, sampling chocolate-themed treats and celebrating the area’s vibrant business community.
Through the support of participants, sponsors, volunteers, and local businesses, this year’s Chocolate Tour raised over $19,000. Proceeds from the event will be reinvested directly into the community, supporting enhancements and new programming at The Grove Children’s Safety Center and helping fund a new exhibit at Exploration Station.

The event would not have been possible without the contributions of 36 participating businesses, numerous sponsors, raffle basket donors, volunteers, and the support of Village and Park District staff, board members, and families, along with students from Bishop McNamara Catholic School.
As the community looks ahead, plans are already underway for Chocolate Tour 2027, which will mark the 10th year of this beloved Bourbonnais tradition.
