It's National Candy Day! Jr. Confectioners will learn how to make homemade gummy candy, suckers, fudge, hard candy, and other candies if time allows. Students will learn to follow recipes, measure, use candy thermometers and various kitchen tools and equipment. There will be plenty to share!

Jr. Grill Masters will prep and prepare kabobs! Little chefs will learn to cut, chop, measure, follow recipe instructions, and grill in a safe environment. Fun picnic style games will fill our time together while our food cooks. Disposable aprons will be provided for class. Bring your willingness to learn, culinary curiosity and appetite!
