FreeThis class consists of chair exercises, full body stretching, a basic 9-form Tai Chi set and Qi Gong. All with focus on balance and mobility with time for contemplation. This class will leave you feeling energized without even breaking a sweat. This session of Tai Chi is FREE but registration is required! You will be guided by a trained instructor through Catholic Charities Diocese of Joliet and Funding for this class provided through a grant from the Agency of Aging of Northeastern Illinois.
