Native Nature Adventures

This four-week series highlights different animal groups, exploring how insects, amphibians & reptiles, birds, and mammals use the summer season to grow, find food, raise young, and prepare for the months ahead. You will learn how longer days, warmer temperatures, and abundant resources shape animal behavior and survival strategies. Each session includes interactive learning, wildlife stories, seasonal natural history, and hands-on exploration with specimens. Instructor: Mitchell Goodknecht. Location: Willowhaven.
