Jr. Confectioner Class

It’s National Candy Day! Jr. Confectioners will learn how to make homemade gummy candy, suckers, fudge, hard candy, and other candies if time allows. Students will learn to follow recipes, measure, use candy thermometers and various kitchen tools and equipment. There will be plenty to share!
