The Willowhaven Welcome Center is a restored 1900's barn that transforms into a spectacular location to host graduation parties, small weddings, bridal or baby showers, family gatherings, or business retreat. Large room with tables and chairs is available at limited times and the facility can accommodate up to 95 guests*. Alcohol is permitted with proper permit and additional fees.
Willowhaven park also has outdoor rentals available at our amphitheatre, gardens and picnic pavilion.
*The Bourbonnais Township Park District follows all State of Illinois mantated gathering restrictions and capacity sizes will follow maximum size of group gatherings required by State mandates.

The packets also include maps, example layouts and information on alcohol at events. A completed application and a down payment are required to hold or reserve a date.

Willowhaven park and building rentals are taken at the Willowhaven Welcome Center front desk during normal business hours or appointments are accepted for after hours visits.
The Willowhaven Welcome Center is closed to the public October 28, 2023-February 28, 2024. For after hours and off season rental tours, please contact us for an appointment to view the facility.
