DESCRIPTION:Join us at the 315 Sports Complex for a high-energy season of Slow-Pitch Softball! Compete in a 4 week regular season that consist of weekly double headers under the lights with real-time bracket tracking and on-site concessions. Open to adult men 18 and up\, bring your team and swing for the title. Following the regular season will be a playoff based off the standings of the regular season that is a single elimination tournament.

DESCRIPTION:This class consists of chair exercises\, full body stretching\, a basic 9 form Tai Chi set and Qi Gong. All with focus on balance and mobility with time for contemplation. This class will leave you feeling energized without even breaking a sweat. This session of Tai Chi is FREE but registration is required! You will be guided by a trained instructor through Catholic Charities Diocese of Joliet and Funding for this class provided through a grant from the Agency of Aging of Northeastern Illinois.
