DESCRIPTION:Students will be introduced to horse basics and safety. They will learn how to approach their horse in its stall\, put its halter on\, groom\, and saddle their horse. In addition\, students will learn about basic horse and equipment care. Long pants and shoes with a heel are necessary for safety and comfort. Riding helmets are required and will be provided. DESCRIPTION:This class consists of chair exercises\, full body stretching\, a basic 9-form Tai Chi set and Qi Gong. All with focus on balance and mobility with time for contemplation. This class will leave you feeling energized without even breaking a sweat. This session of Tai Chi is FREE but registration is required! You will be guided by a trained instructor through Catholic Charities Diocese of Joliet and Funding for this class provided through a grant from the Agency of Aging of Northeastern Illinois. We hope to see you there to take advantage of the many benefits of this class and become a better\, healthier\, happier YOU!
