the Bourbonnais Township Park District...
Dog Day Afternoon
Don't miss out on this special event deticated to man's (and
woman's) best friend. Dog Day Afternoon features booths with
dog experts who can aswer all your questions about your canine
companion. Prizes, raffles, free gifts and doggie treats of
all kinds will be on hand. The event will also feature dog treat
hunt, flyball course, obstacle course, costume contest, Bling
Bling doggie fashion show, the Midwest Jack Russell Terrier
Club races and much more. Park leash law and curbing law will
be strictly enforced. Please remember for you and your dogs
safety to comply with these rules.

Magical Dream Fair
Check out this family
evevt that is turning the Perry Farm Park into a Magical Dream
Fair full of fantasic and fanciful features and preformances.
Children can partake in games, crafts, hayrides, face painting,
petting zoo and pony rides.
Meadowfair will also feature stilt walkers, balloon artists,
inflatable bouncers, jousting, barrel train, karate & dance
demonstrations and special performances from Amazing
Animals by Samantha and Sparkles Magic Show.

Silhouettes 25th
Anniversary Concert!
This
special concert in the park
will have family friendly attractions and carnival games going
on prior to the start of the concert featuring an inflatable
bouncer, kids games, concessions, raffles and door prizes. All
ages are welcome. All procees from the concert go to the Make-A-Wish
Foundation!

Perry
Farm Kite Festival dates
have changed! The event will now be held Saturday and Sunday,
June 16 & 17, 2007 at the Perry Farm Park. Please mark your
calenders and save the date!
Willowhaven
Interpretive Center is open weekdays 9 am-3 pm,
Saturdays 9 am-12 pm and Sundays 12-4 pm. Check out more infromation

Generations
of Pride: African-Americans in Illinois is the newest traveling
exhibit at Exploration Station...a children's museum. This exhibit
will be on display April 13-June 13 featuring the history of
African-Americans in Illinois from the 1700's to the Present.
Summer Concert Series
Tuesday nights come alive
at the Perry Farm Park with the sounds of the best in local
and Chicagoland entertainers. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets,
friends and family to the park for this exciting concert series.
Snacks and refreshments will be available at the concession
stand. Please remember to park in designated parking lots. In
order to continue to offer the highest quality preformers at
the Summer Concert Series, we are asking for a $2.00 per person
donation.
