The Bourbonnais Township Park District has the perfect facilities for your next birthday party, family gathering, bridal shower, baby shower, business meeting or wedding. Please contact the facility you are interested in to schedule a tour or to reserve a space.

Outdoor/Park Rental Facilities:
The Bourbonnais Township Park District has beautiful outdoor facilities that can accommodate a wide range of activities and events. Rates are discounted for Bourbonnais Township residents. Residents are individuals who reside within the Villages of Bradley IL, Bourbonnais IL, and all of Bourbonnais Township. Proof of residency is required for discount.

Equipment Rentals:
The Bourbonnais Township Park District has tents, and equipment available to rent for your picnic or special event. Some equipment is only available seasonally and is subject to availability.

Cross Country Skis at Perry Farm Dates: December-March (weather permitting; 4 inches of snow is needed to use skis) Weekdays, 10:00a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Saturdays, 10:00a.m.- 2:00 p.m. Fees: Rental fees are $15 per person per day	Skis are available for rent at the Perry Farm House on a first come first serve basis. Rental includes skis, bindings boots and poles. Rental fees are $15 per person per day; cash or credit cards (Visa or Master Card accepted) and you must have a credit card and a valid drivers licence to rent skis. Skis are available for a wide variety of ages. Children 16 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Rental Forms

Approval is need for rentals and events at Perry Farm Park expecting 150 or more people and additional fees may apply. For large events please contact event manager at (815) 933-9905 ext 472 or email for questions or to set up an appointment. In addition to a permit applications, all renters will also need to fill out and submit a Facility Use Agreement to the Perry Farm House at least two weeks prior to the rental.

How to Rent Park Facilities:
Park Registrations are taken at the Perry Farm House at 459 N. Kennedy Drive in Bourbonnais, IL for activities under 150 people. Please contact the Perry Farm Front desk at (815) 933-9905 ext 113 for availability.

Fundraising Events:
Fundraising events require the approval from the Bourbonnais Township Park District Board. Please allow 90 day advance notice for all fundraising events.

Fees & Security Deposit:
Any rentals taken for the next calendar year are subject to an early registration fee of $25 for rentals and $50 for special events.

A security/service deposit will be applied to each activity/item rental. The deposit may be kept if needed due to site activity or failure to comply with park rules. Service deposits are 50% of the total rental fees ($75 minimum). Rentals must be paid in full at the time of registration; deposits do not hold a date*. Registrations are taken at the Perry Farm House at 459 N. Kennedy Drive in Bourbonnais, IL.

* $500.00 Special event deposits will hold a date pending a meeting with the event coordinator.

Rental Rules & Restrictions
-Trash and recycling must be disposed of in appropriate containers provided by BTPD.
- Grilling is allowed in the park but not near or under any permanent structures or trees.  Gas grills only.  No charcoal grills are allowed.
-No smoking is allowed inside buildings or within fifty feet of any entrance to building or playground areas.
-Groups with youths under 18 years of age must be chaperoned by adults over the age of 21.  One adult to every 10 children is required.
-No driving or parking on grass or sidewalks unless approved by authorized BTPD staff.  Violators may be towed at owner’s expense.
-Marking on trails is prohibited. This includes field paint and chalk. Signs or cones can be used to mark along trails.
-Applicant must be over the age of 21.
-Large events must show proof of insurance. Name on permit application must match name on insurance policy. Insurance coverage must be provided within 14 days of event.
- No alcohol is permitted at facilities or parks unless approved by authorized BTPD staff and proper insurance is provided.  (Additional forms and charges apply.)
-Permits are issued only for an assigned area of park or facility.  Public is still welcomed to use other areas of park or facility.
-Admission may not be charged to any parks and/or facilities for monetary gain or fundraising without approval from the BTPD Board of Commissioners. Gambling and betting is not permitted. Approval requires 90 day notice.
-Sound equipment, D. J.’s, and bands are allowed only if approved by authorized BTPD staff prior to event.
-Animals are not allowed inside any BTPD facilities.  Animals are allowed at any BTPD park, provided said animal is leashed. Dog waste must be picked-up and disposed of by owner/caretaker. 
-Any publicized events must have “This is not a Bourbonnais Township Park District Sponsored Event” in all publicity and advertisements.
-Events after dusk must provide event and parking lighting for patrons (not available through the BTPD)
-All activities are subject to approved ordinances and policies.
-Permits issued within 14 days of event must be paid by cash or credit cards.
-Disorder among patrons prior to or during event may cause BTPD to cancel permit and may restrict or deny future permit requests.
-Permits are subject to cancellation by the BTPD upon notification to applicants with refunds to be made pursuant to the refund policy.
-Refunds or credits will not be issued due to weather.  Only deposit will be refunded.
-Refunds for cancellations will be honored provided that applicant cancels 14 days prior to event.
-Deposits may be returned within 3 to 4 weeks following rental as long as there were no damages or additional fees.
