Recreation Station Rentals/Parties
The Recreation Station has many different sizes of rooms available to rent. Whether you are planning a birthday party, bridal or baby shower, business meeting or other get together we have the space to meet your needs. The Recreation Station can accommodate groups of up to 300 people. A $40.00 Service Deposit is required for all packages. All balances must be paid in full at the time of registration. .

All rentals are based off of a 2 hour minimum and additional hours can be purchased.

Sound System including speakers, speaker stands and microphone for $50.00 per hour

TV/DVD/VCR for $25.00 per hour

Digital Projector for $50.00 per hour

Add a Mini Bouncer for $25.00 for the first hour and $10.00 each additional hour. Choose from princess or blue bouncer designs. Mini bouncers are for infant and toddler use only.

Rental equipment is for on-site use only.

Recreation Station Parties
Plan your next party at the Recreation Station. Individualize your party package. If there's a party that interests you, but is not in your age category, give us a call and we can make the proper accommodations. A $40 Service Deposit is required for all packages. All balances must be paid in full at the time of registration. Call (815) 933-9905 ext. 236 for more details. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for refunds to be granted. If you don't see a party that fits your needs, call us to create a party for you.

Toddler Themed Parties
Infant - 4 yrs.

Fee: Residents $180/Non-Residents $212 (Groups under 16 people) Residents $5 each additional person/Non-Residents $7 each additional person. (Groups over 16 people)

Farm Animal Party
If your child loves farm animals, then this is the party for them. Spend the party "on the farm" playing games with a farm animal theme. All Plates, Cups, Decorations, Invitations, Games and Activities are themed based.

Strawberry Shortcake Party
Strawberry Shortcake is a sweet, spunky, adventurous red head who works to make things better for everyone she meets. Let her make your child's next birthday be all that they want. All Plates, Cups, Decorations, Invitations, Games and Activities are themed based.

Thomas and Friends Party
Let Thomas the Train and Friends help make your child's birthday special. All Plates, Cups, Decorations, Invitations, Games and Activities are themed based.

Dora the Explorer Party
Let Dora come and explore at your child's birthday party. Enjoy playing games that Dora likes to play. All Plates, Cups, Decorations, Invitations, Games and Activities are themed based.

American Girl Party
Have your next child's birthday party be themed around the American Girl Dolls. Have your party themed around one American Girl or around several American Girls. The children can bring their American Girl Dolls to the party and enjoy games and activities that the American Girls play.

Disney Princesses
Enjoy your child's birthday with the Disney Princesses. Play games with Cinderella, Belle, and others. All Plates, Cups, Decorations, Invitations, Games and Activities are themed based.

Cars
With this Party, the Cars come speeding in with fun and games for all. All Plates, Cups, Decorations, Invitations, Games and Activities are themed based.

Dinosaurs
Come celebrate your child's birthday in a prehistoric fashion. All Plates, Cups, Decorations, Invitations, Games and Activities are themed based.

Do you enjoy Survivor or Fear Factor and would like to participate in similar activities. Let the BTPD plan the activities for you and your friends.

Make your party an Art Party for an additional $4 per person

Add Miniature Golf to any party for an additional $10.
