Information

The Recreation Station facility houses many park
district programs and events. Programs range from preschool
programs, exercise & dance classes to active adult programs.
In addition to programs, the Recreation Station
hosts many special events throughout the year including craft
shows, the Daddy-Daughter Dance, Family Fun Fair and the annual
Bourbonnais Township Park District Wine Tasting Fundraiser.
The staff at the Recreation Station front desk
can help answer many questions reguarding park district programs
as well as asssist with program registration. Program registrations
are accepted at the Recreation Station as well as the Exploration
Station...a children's museum, Perry Farm House or the Willowhaven
Interpretive Center during regular business hours. An after
hours drop box is also available at the Perry Farm House. Please

Before and/or After School Care?
Well, we can help! Check out the Bourbonnais Township
Park District's Before and After School Programs. We now have a new
Bourbonnais location as well as here at the Recreation Station. Give
Tonia Zens a call at (815) 933-9905 for availability and details
on the program.
Parents
Night Out
There is something for everyone with this
special park district event. Children will play many activities including
games, crafts, free play, movies, and snacks. Parents will enjoy an
evening without the kids from 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. Parents Night Out is
held monthly at the Recreation Station for children ages 3 to 12 years
old. Please call for (815) 933-9905 for dates or click here for our youth programs. Remember to pre-register
and recieve a $2 discount!
Volunteers
The Recreation Station is continually looking for individuals who are
interested in volunteering at programs and events. Volunteering at the
Recreation Station is a great way for teenagers to accomplish volunteer
hours needed for school. If you are interested in volunteering please
call Kelly LaMore at (815) 933-9905 or stop by the Recreation Station
and fill out a service application.
