Movies in the Park

Looking for something to do that the whole family will love? Pack up the kids and bring them to the Perry Farm Park for a movie everyone will enjoy. Join us as we convert the Perry Farm Park into an outdoor theater that shows a special family movie. Don't forget your lawn chairs and blankets. The Bourbonnais Township Park District concession stand will be open to offer an assortment of snacks and drinks each evening. Movie titles will be announced one week in advance. On Friday, July 16 Disney Pixar's Animated Comedy, UP will be showing starting at dusk. Carl Fredricksen, a retired balloon salesman, is part rascal, part dreamer who is ready for his last chance at high-flying excitement. Tying thousands of balloons to his house, Carl sets off to the last world of his childhood dreams. Russell, an overeager 8-year-old Wilderness Explorer who has never ventured beyond his backyard, is in the wrong place at the wrong time - Carl's front porch! This unlikely duo reach new heights and meet fantastic friends in this animated comedy.
